We score named training programs against a published standard. The score tells an employer or a student whether a program's graduates are ready to work on a factory floor.
The rating covers programs that train people to work in factories and fabs. Every program is scored against the same standard. The standard is public, so a program can see where it lost points and challenge its score.
A program at the top of the scale turns out people who can walk onto a factory floor and do useful work. We call that rating Floor-Ready.
Meets the standard in full.
We are writing the rest of the scale along with the standard. Neither is final.
Write to hello@industriousaf.org if you run a training program and want it in the first round, or if you hire graduates and think the standard is measuring the wrong things. We want to hear it before the first scores come out.
